Super funky coffee with complex lychee notes and intense aromatics!
This coffee underwent a 48-hour dry anaerobic fermentation, during which dehydrated naranjilla fruit and wine yeast were added to the environment. Afterwards, it was dried on raised beds under 35°C until reaching ideal moisture.
