Zanya is a Slovak–Vietnamese specialty coffee project founded by Marián Takáč and Lim (from the K’Ho ethnic group). The name “Zanya” symbolizes beauty, strength, and femininity, and reflects a matriarchal heritage. Their mission is to elevate Vietnamese Arabica to international recognition through high-quality, community-based farming
The „Supernatural“ name refers to the open fermentation process where oxygen interacts with the coffee cherries. This allows natural environmental yeasts and bacteria to ferment the cherries in a „wild and untamed“ manner, shaping the flavor distinctively.
